Monday-6am 9am 6pm. Open gym 7:00-8:00pm

Tuesday 6am, Noon, 6pm. Open gym 7:00-8:00pm

Wednesday: 6am 9am 6pm. Open gym 7:00-8:00pm

Thursday 6am, Noon, 6pm. Open gym 7:00-8:00pm

Friday 6am 9am, 6pm. Open gym 7:00-8:00pm

Sat Open Gym 9:00am-1:00pm

 

You may come try your first session for free any day and time of the week.  You must call or email to schedule your free session.

*Our foundations course is every first Thursday of the month From 6:00-pm-8:00pm.  Completing our foundations course is a requirement before you can become a member of CrossFit Golden Spike.  You may also schedule your own private foundations course at a time that works best for you any day of the week besides Sunday.  You must call in to schedule your group or private foundations course.

What you will need for the foundations course:  Workout clothes, water bottle, pen/pencil, and a notebook to take notes on the movements.
